1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must be unused and unworn.

- All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and protective coverings must be included.

- The product must not show signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or tampering.

- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

- Manufacturing defects.

- Incorrect item received.

- Damaged item received during shipping.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Subject to stock availability, the replacement item will be shipped after the original product has been inspected and approved.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Provide your order number.

- Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Failure to provide evidence may affect the approval of your claim.

Once verified, we will offer:

- A replacement product,

- Store credit, or

- A refund, depending on availability and circumstances.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund timelines may vary:

- UPI/Wallets: 3–7 business days

- Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days

- Bank Transfers: 3–7 business days

Actual credit timing may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

- Products with removed tags, altered packaging, or missing accessories.

- Products showing signs of wear after delivery.

- Special-order, customized, or personalized products.

- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and will be handled according to the return policy.


7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

- A defective product,

- Shipping damage, or

- An error on our part,

we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
